Control Valve
Exhaust Port Needle Valve (Speed Control Mufflers)
This Exhaust Needle Valve controls the exhaust flow rate.
Advantages
This Exhaust Needle Valve controls the exhaust flow rate.
The valve can be attached directly to a solenoid valve.
Best suitable in case a cylinder, etc has no sufficient space around for installation of a speed controller or adjustment of the needle. (Note: Please install it not too far from a cylinder.)
Flow rate control valve of low cost type.
Exhaust flow rate can be controlled with lower price than speed controller.

Detailed Safety Instructions
Warning
1.To adjust the speed of the actuator, gradually turn the needle from the fully closed position to increase the air volume. If the needle is open, there is a risk of the actuator move suddenly and violently. Turning the needle clockwise closes the valve, while turning it counter-clockwise opens it.
2.When adjusting the flow rate of the equipment, the needle should be turned to open gradually from the fully closed position. If the needle is in open position, a high flow rate will be instantly applied to the equipment and there is a risk of damage to it.
3.Clogged element increases the exhaust resistance. It may cause a deterioration of the entire system due to clogging.
4.If the function deteriorates due to clogging of the element, replace the unit. Note that it is not possible to replace the element only.
Caution
1.Leakage is allowed for the control flow even when the needle is fully closed position and should not be used in such a way that zero leakage is required.
