The twin nozzle type is the most suitable for applications with longer suctioning time or long-distance transportation.
The large nozzle controls vacuum generation from start up to a prescribed reference pressure level, beyond which the small nozzle takes over for maintaining a vacuum level. This combination makes possible substantial reductions in air consumption. Only one signal is used for switching the vacuum generation nozzles.
The suction flow rate of two-stage nozzle pump is about 40% more flow than Single nozzle pump.
Easy-to-read dual LCD pressure switch is provided
Pressure outputs are indicated in two colors in the main display window. Main display: pressure values (red and green), Sub display: preset pressure (Orange)
Single nozzle type is available, which also offers high vacuum flow and multitasking controls.
Air exhaust noise of silencer vent type is improved from 85dB[A] to 75dB[A] (Internal comparison)
Negative common (Sourcing) type is now available.
A wide variety of valve type is standardized.

Available in the specification for fields requiring "No copper-based metal material is used in airflow paths"and "Low-level Ozone resistance".
No copper-based metal material is used in airflow paths, and sealing rubber and moving parts for lubrication are designed to be resistant to low-level ozone and ultra-dry air.

Warning
1.For the double-piloted valve type, the switchover valve is in the state of neutral when the supply of both pilot air to the switchover valve for vacuum generation is stopped, or at the beginning of use after shipment. When resupplying pilot air, be sure to input a signal to the pilot valve or manually operate to position the switching valve in the required state before using it
2.Tighten screws with appropriate tightening torque referring to the digital catalog. Improper tightening may cause an air leakage, a falling off of the product or damages to the product.
3.When using double piloted valve type under a vibration, install the vacuum generaor placing the switchover valve (main valve) at a right angle to the direction of vibration
