Control Valve

Push-Lock Pressure Regulator with Gauge Option

RoHS2 Compliant
Resin
  • PBT is used for the main resin parts. PBT: A standard resin material that is ideal for general environments.
Metal
  • Brass with electroless nickel plating is used for the main metal parts.
Seal rubber
  • NBR is used for the seal rubber material. NBR: A material generally used as a sealing material. Please note that it is inferior in ozone resistance.
  • HNBR is used for the seal rubber material. HNBR: A material with improved ozone resistance by adding hydrogen to NBR. Ideal for low-concentration ozone countermeasures.

Detailed Safety Instructions

Warning

1.Do not use the product so that the pressure on the secondary side fluctuates greatly and the pressure exceeds the set value. It is not designed as a relief valve and may cause damage to the equipment or malfunction. In such a case, install a separate safety device.

Caution

1.The pressure setting must be set in the upward (increasing) direction (clockwise). Accurate settings cannot be made in the downward (decreasing) direction (counterclockwise).

2.Do not turn the pressure control knob excessively counterclockwise from the fully open position or clockwise from the fully closed position. It may cause damage to the pressure control knob and the product. In addition, sticking of the pressure regulating screw and the pressure regulating nut may cause the torque of the pressure regulating knob to increase.

3.The pressure control knob is locked when pushed and released when pulled. Be sure to lock it after pressure adjustment. If used without locking, the knob may rotate and the pressure may change.

4.When pushing in the pressure control knob, depending on the adjusting position, it may stop in a half-locked position between the locked and unlocked states. Make sure that the pressure control knob is pushed completely in to the locked position, as the knob is not fully locked in this state.

5.If the pressure control knob is forcibly rotated while it is in locked position, the lock mechanism may be damaged.

6.The direction of the gauge on models with gauge can be rotated to any desired direction. If excessive force is applied to the gauge cap, it may cause damage to the gauge or poor indication.

7.The accuracy of the pressure gauge is ±5% (F.S.). If accuracy is required, check and adjust the pressure separately with an appropriate gauge.

8.When the secondary side is released into the atmosphere, sympathetic vibration may occur due to the influence of the flow. Avoid prolonged use with the secondary side open to the atmosphere, as this may cause internal damage and other malfunctions.
